ive been struggling with my overeating latley but kicking ass more than ever in the gym, i do about 1hour and 45 min to2 hours of cardio and 30 min of weights everday. the bike machine cuts off every 15 min and i average about 5.0-5.5 miles each time so im peddlin hard for me i know cause im sweating like crazy but catching a crazy leg pump and burn. i drink water mainly and some coffee during the day no food, but at night is when i eat food, latley it has been harder and harder for me to cap off my eating. i eat whatever i want , but i try to control how much of it i eat for a few days i was doing great 1 bowl of cereal, 1 large pizza and one pint of icecream and thats it with all the cardio i was doing, and i was dropping weight fast seeing veins in quads and abs really coming out, im guessing im finally at 8-10 percent bodyfat right now even with veins everywhere much leaner than previous pics. the problem is its hard to stop eating once i start. so im gonna do a reverse plan and eat just the one meal in the morning and cap that and dont eat any more for the rest of the day just coffee and water till bed. this is the plan, hopefully i can get my appetite undercontrol to be supremley shredded. i can drop about 2 pounds perday if i can successfully stop eating after my meal and i think it will be much easier to stop in the morning than at night, at night i think its psychological or something to just keep on eating its weird. im eating but then i know im stupid for eating if i want to be 3 percent
