Just another squat variation and a shoulder saver to not use external rotation when reaching back to grip the bar.

doubt it...you can have great biceps, triceps, ect and still be the best.

there is no way in hell he's getting the MVP...even though he's having a MVP season. the NFL does not award the MVP to defensive players.
