I am just trying to help others out. For a long time I thought my drinking wasnt an issue. Now that hindsight is 20/20, I look back and know I had a problem.

I do. The one's I don't like are the dry reds. Even If I feel like having a beer or two when we're out, I'm only good for one. If I get a second I drink about half and I'm full.

i used to do that also, to old for that now,im afraid the old ticker might give out on me doing the coke.that first huge line of coke puts me in a orgasmic state for 15 minutes or so ,after that its kinda like im chasing to get that same feeling from the first line and i never can

wow man how old was he? i know plenty of dudes who dropped dead from mixing cocaine and steroids,talk about a mixture of death.those 2 drugs(coke and roids) r the worst anyone can ever combine,the rule of thumb back in my day was either do one or the other,mixing them was like playing some serious russion roulette and usually ended with a stroke or heart attack if u kept pushing your luck

I am not in trouble with the law at all. Lets just say people who cared about me, confronted me about it.

They gave me the option of  doing a program, or losing my job.

They dont offer that option to everyone.
