I listened his interviews on palumbo radio shows,mike married a high school sweetheart and she wanted that he works a 9-5 job,to have a steady income and to have kids...he said that he have i think 8 brothers and sisters and that he want that attention (that he doesnt want kids i think) and that he would never work a 9-5 job!
this house is on mortgage 20-30 years so he is not rolling that much on money

getting back to his house.. i wonder "how he can afford ANY size house, much less what looks like a nice inside interior house in of all places BEVERLY HILLS? even a shack in beverly hills i would think would cost at least 600 to 700 thousand?

oh sure, he's been at the fitness modeling top for literally decades, but no matter how many covers the guy has been on, we all know they don't pay squat! a few hundred dollars at best....

acting? what battledome, the new (and awful) american gladiators, B level at best movies and a few tv appearances/gigs from time to time?

supplement sponsorship and spokesperson: i would think only the jay cutlers and mr.olympia would get the 6 figure supplement contracts?

guest posing gigs: always at low rent npc shows or "natural" shows and how much do they pay? maybe a thousand or 2?...

either he has made more money in these ways then anyone knows or more money somehow and/or invested really lucky and got great revenue back.. i don't see how even the most famous fitness model of all time, b/c level movie/tv actor, guest poser, supplement company spokesperson could afford a mansion in beverly hills, not only afford a mansion there but be able to maintain that lifestyle for the next decades as surely his money revenue from what he does and is known for dwindles?...i think i once read he was worth 1.5 million dollars? Either way, what you say makes sense. Not sure how a fitness model and bodybuilding.com employee is making 500k + a year.

I would think a D list actor would make more than him. Something fishy.

I remember reading an interview where he stated that the money was really good from some contracts he was in at the time. He also said that he knew his looks would not last forever and that he had solid investment advice from people in his family as well as professionaly, in order to make it grow for his future. Gay or not the dude has done very well for himself, probably has been on as many covers as Arnold.
