Do calves and hams the day after delts. Do quads by themselves 3 days later, the day after bis and tris.
Typically 10-12 sets for calves, 8-10 sets for hams, and at least 12-15 sets for quads.
Quad day is my favorite: squats, machine squats, leg presses, and hacks. Fast and heavy, usually done in less than an hour. Have squatted 500 for 3 ass to the grass, but rarely go that heavy anymore.
