3) end the blue wall bullshit.  If you falsify a police report, and you're a cop, it needs to be prison time.  If the cop is in jail for "forgetting" he used a choking move minutes before a man died - and that is exactly what he did on the report - then these protests, and possibly this shooting, never happen.
