Elaborate on this.
Bunch of bullshit myths.  The funny thing, he thinks he is healthy despite being on a boatload of drugs.  He belongs on the DeadPool.

Here are his "key" points  ::)  :

The approach itself is a nutrient driven approach. My number one rule is this:

Focus on MICRONUTRITION NOT MACRONUTRITION.

This diet emphasizes the following key concepts:

The best food comes from animals that have been fed their natural diet.
Correct ratio of fats with a special emphasis on saturated fats.
Fat soluble vitamins and their role in endocrine function.
    Keeping your liver healthy.
    Supplements to manage glucose disposal.

There are actually MANY other key concepts such as carb intake/sources and rotations, veggie and fruit consumption, how to incorporate cardio, what spices and condiments can do for your metabolism, etc. but for the sake of this conversation I’m limiting it to these five.

Maybe he's making nutrition more complicating than it needs to be, but I believe that #1 & 4 are good points. He isn't born with the best genetics but I believe he reached his full potential as a bodybuilder.
Why are you always mocking guys on gear? (it's getting old!) Simply accept that not everyone makes the same decisions as you.

He`s all worried about being "healthy" and thinks roids have little to do with the overall picture of actually trying to be healthy.

He is an established moron at this point.  By all means, follow his lead.  ;)

Dude's like a +40 year old juicer who is deeply concerned about the health benefits of grass fed beef while he is pumping grams of hazardous drugs into his body. ::)
