LOL! There's a guy in the gym, maybe 18-19 years old, that I see regularly so I always give him a nod when I pass by him. I was waiting to use the dumbbells as he's one of those guys that stands right in front of the rack so that nobody else can have access to the dumbbells instead of stepping back so that other people have access to the other dumbbells like they use to do in the old days.

Anyway, he "banged out" six reps when he could have easily done another four or five reps. He slammed the dumbbells back on the rack and looked back at me. I said, "How's it going."

"I'm killing it!" he snarls back at me.

I said a silent prayer wishing God will strike him dead on the spot.

I believe it's rather his mid back that is underdeveloped, compared with his traps. Great trap development nonetheless..

Yes, these bodybuilders are modern day warriors who are set to BATTLE!!! Forget about world war 2 veterans, men who fought in civil wars, or men who fought for freedom in the 1400's. They are nothing compared to how bodybuilders battle it out on stage. Its awe inspiring.
