normally about 52-55 because i do lots of Cardio and have done so for years. Below is a good guide for you to see where yours is at. Infact one time at the Hospital a Doctor asked me if i did sport because my heart rate was low on the monitor.

Hope it came with the right kind of sand!

One exercise I like doing w that is grab the sides - put on floor - kick legs out - push up - stand up - clean - overhead press  - for sets of 5-10
