Very simple solution then retard, put it to a Getbig vote.

Each week (Monday) put up the names of four HOF candidates. Only members with > 2,000 posts get to vote. If by Friday night (Midnight EST) the member has 25 yes votes for them, they are "in". If the week passes and they don't have 25 votes, they are "out" for good.
