I've read some of his posts in muscular development and seen his interviews, the guy's smart and knowledgeable.

But his face in that picture tells me he regrets his bb industry lifestyle and wishes he had stayed clean and had chosen learnin to play piano or guitarr.

poor guy, aging must be a bitch for people who their entire lives wanted to be young and immortal.

How does one even think like that? Staying young and in the best shape of your life for all eternity  ::)

Fucked up thing is that this fella is only a couple years older than me, and I could easily pass for his son(minus the looks)

Or stayed in med school. Why would he drop out a year before graduation to become a bodybuilder!? Should have finished and then if he wanted to, become a bodybuilder and have the backing of MD after his name when he gives out diet, drug, training, etc... advice.

maybe he was exaggerating. or maybe he got hooked on the drugs and the shallower but more pleasurable pursuits of life.

in the end, he's just another asshole walking the earth making it up as he goes along.

These who are wise look like this at 50+ (so older than him):

Palumbo is/was a serious addict, and hormones played just a part of it, I'd bet all Vince Goodrums food stamps on that.
