At my height, 6'4", on a little bit of gear, with 21 inch arms, carrying a bit of fat, I was 245ish pounds. I looked twice as big as u in those pics.

Post some current pics then, holding a newspaper.

he's not saying he's 240 pounds in those pictures just that he's 240 now. still, let's say he's 195 or whatever in the pics posted. he's no way 240 now.

ok I am back now! Damn me for posting my old pics i should'a known better! It makes guys jaleous when they see somebody like me and then they look at themselves in the mirror and realize what a waste they are.. So I have no animosity towards anybody. I have been sick for the whole week and am still sick. But thats ok cause all that seems to leave my body is the fat.. my waist went down an inch and i am bellow 10 % bodyfat. Soon my friends you shall see the greatest physique to ever grace the screens in front of you. thats it for now.
