I thought the thread was about the level of development and conditioning he is achieving for his show.

What he is doing to achieve this level is something nobody really knows. People seem pretty confident in predicting how long someone will live and how they will die.

Robby Robinson has a congenital heart condition, is 68 years old and has abuse hormones for decades. Longer than Bostin has been alive.

I think WW was right on the money when he said on the other thread that Bostin just wants to win a few shows to develop some credibility as someone who has walked the walk and then make a good living in the bbing industry. Bostin seems to be pretty clear that the life of a pro bber is not something he is interested in.

He would do well and probably win most local shows either in his weight class or overall. At the state level if judging was fair and wasn't propagandized by MD he MIGHT place in the top 5 in a weight class at the state level. Politics aside.

Trained like a beast with heavy compound movements. Jeff King like training which produced thick, quality muscle bellies. When I was powerlifting the bodybuilders all trained with us back in the day.

I found out a while back, not many competitors or any of the good enough to beat Bostin. So he maxed out to get a gift as he did. As I keep saying, he's not gonna be a pro. Ever, if so, the likes of Dan Hill.
