Hello All, I worked for 5 years for a large franchise in the industry. When I started the gyms the owners had were in debt and the owners actually got paid to take them over. Within 5 years the systems I implemented turned two gyms into 14 gyms and a multi multi million dollar franchise. Unfortunately I had not negotiated any ownership so still find found myself an employee not a business owner. MY questions is where is the best place to find currently struggling gym owners and those that may be interested in forming a partnership? I know and have personally implemented the business models and systems and am very confident I can repeat the same results based on location etc. Any info would be helpful. Thanks! |
