If I were joon I would completely drop test for a month. Take 300-500 mg of mast by itself for that month. If it makes you lose your hair use equipos or winny. You need something dry or even an AI. Diet for those four weeks and do cario a lot of it. Get too ten percent of under. Slowly start adding test back in with your masteron or Ai. You will notice the water retention is gone. You will be able to work all the way up to 3-4 ccs a week of test and really grow lean.

Or you could continue being a dumb fuck and just keep getting fatter and more bloated on shitty test only cycle.

Going to give blood tomorrow. I know my pulse is high cos my hemocrit is nuts high (combination of genetics + gear)
I give blood every two months but forgot this time.

I might PCT and come off, or just do TRT for month or two, tons of cardio and keto diet.

I think I should be ok on Mast cos my hair never seems to fall off and I have good hair genetics.

Not partying till like June I think. Bored of it anyway.

If you lack flexibility, and have issues with strains in muscles, it's got fuck all to do with the weight you're carrying, and everything to do with your lack of focus on staying flexible. That, and probably being a fat sack of shit. HTH.

I was like you got up to 220-230 bloat I had a double chin. I actually had chest pain at 24 years old high blood pressure anxiety etc etc. All caused from high estrogen and water retention.

I took 4-6 weeks off everything except masteron and I dieted hard and did cardio. I was looking great once that water and estrogen came way down. I look waay fatter then I really was.

I love the look I have now. Big arms chest visible abs and a lot of veins. I don't get over 205.

Gymnastics and swimming = great sex performance

Lifting weights, using steroids, snorting cocke, smoking = bad sex performance

Since I lost weight from 240 to 190 and started do include running cykling every second day, I can kill those girls without getting my heartrate over 120bpm...before I was all totally exhausted after a hard fuck for the rest of the day. Now I have become a fuck machine, cant get tired!  :D

Probably gets higher during day.

Blood pressure was 136/92.
Pulse: 108 BPM

Its fucked up cos two years ago when I was natty doing tons of MMA cardio my resting heart rate was around 45-50.

Like somehow I missed a breath of something.

It's weird.

I had sleep Apnea before but I don't think its that.
