Doesn't matter what we see, color is just an illusion made by our brain so a certain part of the electromagnetic spectrum makes sense.

It's strange but if you stare at soemthing white for a while the eyes forget about blues and it will look white, but then stare at something blue for a bit then look at the dress and it's blue again.
