That's an interesting point about premature ejaculation. Only headaches but it's not that bad honestly,  only real side effect is  Im hard as fuck within an hour of taking it and for a good 6-8 hours.  Probably not something I would use if I was in a relationship or a one night stand with some chick I wouldn't give two shits about. It's really great stuff
