Synthol & PMMA in the forearms

We often see these Synthol/PMMA idiots with 20"+ upper arms and 13 inch forearms. Why not just shoot 100cc's of that garbage into your forearms too? Perhaps here's the answer. I don't know what looks more absurd- the 11 inch forearm or the 17 inch Synthol infused pipe cleaner.

he tries to hide it so often, rare to see him in pics like that - realistic portrayals of his physique!
i doubt he uses synthol, just filled up with PMMA and collagen formation. if he does use synthol its being injected into collagen most likely as thats probably whats filling up his skin.
i think if he used PMMA smartly and sparingly he would have looked much better, got carried away and looks horrible. tattoos to cover it up.

Forearms are the hardest because they have the front and side view. So you have to make them big all around. The biceps are round,,and the triceps to an extent. The forearms are not.
