The way you brought the violence control into a survival matter is quite important. This survival is a key word. It seems like the most logical word that can explain most of acts, not only animals in the wild, but even in our advanced civilization which seems to still play the same game but with distorded same rules to make it appear more "human".
In your other post, when you came to comparing our life with our peers life and how they are weaker than us ( which can make us happy ) or powerful than us which can lead us to suffering, don't you think a communist political system can end this process? At least financially, communism will kill the envy of what the other have. Or you still think, which can be see as desesperated, hopeless view on the world, that the human will strive for more and take what his peer have so he can have more? Or more, the leaders of the proletariat will take advantage of their leadership and just, another time like in capitalism or any other system, opress the mass?

Exactly...while I can see someone being hesitant to get physically involved for a variety of reasons, and I can even see someone taking video with the idea of preserving evidence, I would think that more people should have been using their phones to call 911 instead of employing them as cameras.

I agree but the odds are if the girl being attacked were in a similar situation she wouldn't hesitate to gang up on another person. In principle the attack was wrong but in practical terms I have very little sympathy.

Its an interesting solution but I honestly think the Government wants a society that is completely dependent upon them. I have a 30 year old brother in law thats never held a job, has half a dozen kids and has been trying to get disability payments from the government since he was 18. He's convinced he'll be accepted into an ssi program and get 12 years worth of back pay.

The fact that he's aware of a government system like this saddens me, but not as much as the system that lets him continually apply into the program after a decade.
