Obama has a SSN issued to a Connecticut address but neither he nor his parents have ever lived in CT. No plausible explanation has ever been offered for this anomaly.

So, as I stated, it hasn't been clearly set out in law by a Supreme Court decision. Maybe a few "lawyers" have decided, but until a case comes before the Supreme Court, there are, and should be grounds, for a test case.

Personally, I think Cruz would be, at this point, qualified to be President of Cuba, and there will be an opening there soon, I hope.

From what I've read and heard, German Chancellor, Angela Merkel was not initially a popular choice. She still has her critics, but the people have rallied around her. Do you think her being a female was a stumbling block she had to overcome?

As i wrote before i was in politics here myself active in Celle Kreistag. I know their conservative thinking and CDU and FDP are the worst. Green Party is just a joke and Die Linke are partially correct but too left for me. I first joined WASG , Wahlalternative Arbeit & soziale Gerechtigkeit. Later they joined with Die Linke which i was a member of because of this fusion. I left because while i was for the working man.. i do not agree with hard left communism.

I fucking know that this is the case!  I look Republican, (I am so fucking not though) I used to be an electrical engineer. I now work for a non profit arts foundation.  I move in money circles, and red neck circles. When they are alone with me they tell me that this is what they feel like.

Actually, he was born in the Coco Solo Family Hospital which was just outside the Canal Zone. But his parents were American citizens, so he is too.  Just as Obama's mother was an American citizen, as is Cruz's mother.

We all know the next President of the United States will be a woman.  I just wish it was Elizabeth Warren.
