I guess it's PMMA but doesn't PMMA generally look pretty hard and firm? I've got a friend who's got lots of Mexican PMMA in biceps and triceps and it doesn't look unnatural to be honest, just huge.  So maybe this is PMMA topped off by oil?

Piana doesn't look the least bit natural. Balloon boy has all the definition of a rolling pin. The "huge" is totally fake. How about showing some cut, such as a split bicep? Piana? No can do, neither can your dumb ass friend. You don't know what natural looks like.

PMMA, or Synthol they certainly don't look right. Relaxed they look okay, once he flexes them they look like shit. Flex Wheeler back in 99 is the only one that ever came close to using Synthol or whatever he used right.
