Doesn't make any sense to do anything special the night before.. If you prep right you will be in perfect condition two weeks out.. Coast in.. Do NKT use any diuretics unless you want to look flat and watery.. If you must use - then only 1/2 Dyazide.. Every show that I have won - I simply drank more water Monday through Thursday - cut water around 2-3 pm on Friday and just sipped tiny bits.. And that's it
