People who bring nothing of value to an endeavour and then presume some authority.

Had a guy ask me to do a job for his newly formed 'company.' He's not able to complete any tasks at all himself and he'd pay me just as soon as his client paid him. So he has no capital and no skills and evidently no idea why this isn't going to pan out.

Oh and if I don't agree to his terms of payment then he'll have to use someone else. This is how he asks me to extend him credit. No, I'm not going to loan you my money to finance your insolvent business and then go to work so I can get it back, but thanks for the offer.
