I am not wasting my time with the stupid 80 kilos barbel curl challenge cos I know I have done it seven billion times already and quite frankly its not challenging.
After shoulder surgery next week, and around 8-10 weeks later I am going for 100 kilo curl for 5

Your shoulder surgery is going to double your strength? The best you've done, apparently, is 50kg.
