The whole gut thing is over rated, most of these guys over fill while loading, and get stomach distention, we know of gh gut but when loading goes bad it blows it, it's all genetics to and how much your body can assimilate at one sitting. But dex does not have gh gut bro

Honestly I've Dexter ahead.

Ronnies imbalance was already visible back then, left side already way behind. Dexter has more back details and probably the best symmetry in the game, like a fucking mirror image left to ride side.

Ronnie is taller and a lil bigger, pd for pd it's not even that much.

I never claimed he should have won in 03 , I said hand the title down to the next guy with NO gut , go as far down as you need to , I've aknowleged Dex has a gut , old news !! either way look at this years O top 3 all had a gut and all should have been placed dead last , in my opinion .

what about an individual with a gut who competed in 94, 95, 96, and 97. Where in your opinion should have he placed? Dead last?

Just about every top level bodybuilder can be shown with their "Gut" sticking out if you take selective screen shots from one of their posing routines.  This proves absolutely nothing. Why doesn't someone post a pic when Dex is at the pinnacle of a pose. I'm sure you can find more than a few where his gut is well under control.  Dexter has a great physique and that can't be disputed. Regardless of how you feel about his personality the man has a physique to be admired. IMHO!

Let's dispel the myth that Dexter has an excellent structure (worthy of being compared to Shawn's for example), or that he has no gut, or that he is somehow more symmetrical than Ronnie Coleman.  I think these pictures speak for themselves.

He is one of the more overrated pros out there in that he  gets credit for everything.  His conditioning is easily among the top five or 10 in the history of bodybuilding.  It wouldn't be a stretch to compare his level of conditioning to greats like Andreas Munzer and Rich Gaspari.  But to say he has an aesthetically pleasing shape or proportions straight out of the 1970s?  Not a chance.  Ronnie at 300 pounds has a superior structure.

I don't recall Ronnie having a gut like this at anything under 260 pounds.

Shut up you fool! It has been proven that in IFBB competitions you score higher with a bigger guts. Its already approved by the IFBB schmoes

Dorian generally controlled his stomach very well during his routines, unlike the "raise the roof" let it all hang out approach employed by Ronnie.  That said, if one tries hard enough, you can find a screen shot of nearly any competitor with a distention of some kind.  A sad reality of today's sport.

i would sure love to have a "gut" like that.................... ......how fucking retarded................ ...you understand that once in a while, during transitional poses budybuilders have to exhale, and unflex theirlower torse...........there has been no one in history who could stay in the vacume pose all the time, like every other muscle on his body, his abs are very develpoed, so of course they are going to stick out farther then michael phelps's when he relaxes................. .

That's very true, but I still think Ray is much better bodybuilder, do you agree?
