How is it possible that an article in Flex magazine can put one inch on my arms in 24 hours and yet Ben and his hack squad of MIT physicists can't put one inch on his arms in three years? Discuss.

In Generation iron he said Only one guy could beat him that was phil and maybe another guy , he ended up what ? 10th ? 14th ? place that year
