Palumbo is supplying Textbooks at the seminar. I real "high class" event...He had a mishap with the people who printed the textbooks though :-\

I want everyone to open up their text books and turn to page 33 section 4 part b...The sentence is suppose to read ---The best way to color your balding head black while you're in a hurry is with good old fashion shoe polish---

The printer of this text book had a Getbigger working on the press and thought it would be funny if it read, ---The best way to polish the noob of a big balding black man is to remove your shoes while entering into room 7 of the Mirage Hotel by the ice machine---

I didn't have time to get the textbooks fixed. So if you all would, just take the black marker I supplied and go ahead and just cross that sentence out...

Thank You

;D at the guys suggesting Dave's arms were under 20 inches when he was at his biggest.

I was in his company for several hours in the late '90s when he was around 315 pounds bodyweight ... and VERY lean. The guy was bloody GIGANTIC. And his guns were ridiculous.

His structure and shape was horrific, though, on stage (where it counts, if you're an aspiring competitive bodybuilder). In shorts and a tank top he looked like a damn Mr. Olympia.

You can see in the pick he was very lean and bigger then a puffy cutler. I think it was wheeler that said he was the biggest person he's ever seen in person

18.75, deal with it.... Doesn't matter how big they were in your intimate meetings, in that pick they are shy of 19!

He came to my home town a couple of years ago and charged $400 AUS for a seminar. In other towns he was charging half of that.

Palumbo may have some useful info and experience to share with aspiring bodybuilders.
He built an impressive amount of pure muscle and his shape/structure issues were mostly genetic.
BUT, he never earned his MD or turned pro, etc.

Thus, in my humble opinion , he should be charging $75 , NOT $750 for the session.

He'll get a little over 100 people easily.  An easy 75k in Dave's pocket
I'll assume you're trolling here.
Someone like Cutler couldn't do that...with a far larger fan base.  2 dozen tops.  I would even doubt that.

Dave Palumbo does NOT have that much value to offer anyone.

His association with Romano alone was enough to discredit anything he does, let alone create "Palumboism"

What moron would pay to listen to him spew his bullshit when you can listen to him spew it incessantly for nothing?

Why not attend both?  Twice the knowledge.
Think about it.

Bodybuilding was a helluva lot better when it was an underground basement gym thing that weirdos did because they couldn't play football worth a damn.  When the Weedy bros. turned it into some glamorous wannabe commercial enterprise is when it began its descent.  Quality chicks don't give a %$#@ about bb'ing.  Weirdos (all kinds if you get my drift) do.  Like all other "sports" when it became a profession it died IMO.  I remember reading where pro football was something fatasses, piano movers, circus strongmen & college football players did on the weekends to make a little (very little) $$ on the weekends.  I'm not aware of any activity that exists which holds sooo many incredible health benefits thats been perverted by brain dead fuckups into a health destroying exercise in futility besides bodybuilding.

Anyone remember that video from the late 90's he did with Mat Duvall? He was acting like he was a bodybuilder/terminator sent from the future. It was pretty horrible. Anyone know why,he had the falling out with Duvall? I heard it was because Mat owed him all kinds of money for stuff that Dave fronted him

He also has this legendary video with Jimmy The Iron Bull Pellechia:

Dave actually uses very good form on all his lifts, he was very strong.
