There's a lack of good logs with dnp and other variables that come into play on the forums. So Im gonna set up this log below and I will leave no information out. So here's what this client of mine will be doing and some background info:
-32yo female womens physique competitor (no name or other info)
-currently in prep for an national level (pro qualifier) show in the states
-I've been working with this competitor for 3 years and this will be her first run with dnp
-typical competes with my calipers at 8.3%-8.6% BF. We are gonna attempt for 7's
-currently sitting at 10-11%
-131-132lbs AM dry
-she will run clen directly up to the start of dnp, so we will see how effective dnp is despite her 2 weeks off clen.
Current supplements:
T3 35mcg a day
clen starts at 20mcg and works up to 60-80mcg(started today)
anavar 10mg in the AM
Tbol 10mg to start in 1 week
Starting nolva this week at 20mg a day
Diet will be on point as it is. I will actually be adding 25-30% increase in carbs when she starts the dnp. Im not interested in sharing the safety measures we are taking at the time. The starting dose will be 250mg a day with the goal of 10days, which may change as well as dose after 1 week. I don't give out my diet or ending contest prep drug regimen for free online. I will post up pics at the end of the clen/day before dnp. Here's what I will cover: starting weight and BF%, pics and any changes or hiccups inbetween. I will conclude with the same stats after 1 week off the dnp for water retention purposes. Anything I forgot to add or you want to see PM me. Also PM me with any questions. Ill post pics soon
