First off, lets not lie and say we didn't start lifting to attract more females, everyone knows you are lying.With that out of the way, this article does a great job of putting together what makes the male physique most attractive to women, going back to the basics before you got fooled by the tape and scale that you LOOKED better.

Interesting and there's a lot of good info in there. A lot of it is just opinion though. They down play the significance of biceps but I recently saw a study that said arms were of primary importance to women. Literally the first thing they look at on a guys body.

Who knows. Frankly I think broad, muscular shoulders, a trim waist and muscular thighs are ideal. You don want Tom Platz legs but you must avoid chicken legs at all cost. In my experience women don't like big yoked traps and lats.

The funny thing is that a guy's physique is much less important than his facial aesthetics and his bank account. That's just common sense if you understand women. It also helps to be at least 6 feet tall but you can get away with less than that if you're super attractive or rich.

Women are attracted to a man who can provide for her and her children. So having money and a career are important to women. You can be steroid jacked but living in your mom's basement and this will only be attractive to young women who haven't really searched for a life partner in earnest.

On face book some girl put up this picture of Adam Levine shirtless and the board lit up with likes and comments from women. All you need to do for this physique is run 3 miles a day and do body weight exercises.
