Jose(This kid) is very good trainee and train hard. But, he dont train with insane intensity like we used to 8)

Telling the truth, we missed our workout days in 2009-2010.Especialy leg days.
I remember that we begin to train together when we coincide leg days.
As you know, having a training partner for leg days who is a hard trainee is really motivated.
And also, It was a HUGE honor to train my legs with Paco Bautista himself for me!. Very happy days for super schomoe of Bpdybuilding. ;D

Depending on the posture. Also when i hit pront lat spread, they disappear because i dont have huge traps like Ronnie or Jonny Jackson. :)
