Making a vacuum is an idiotic circus act. A vacuum cleaner should make one, not a bodybuilder...

Not everyone on growth has a gut, only the heavy users do. Ronnie looked great in the late nineties, but he made that classic 'bigger is always better' mistake...

He could have won 8-10 titles if he kept his '98 weight & conditioning. His last 'O attendance was painful to watch..
