How effective is ephedra?

you mean ephedrine or the herbal? Either way, pretty much the same and I love the shit, would never think of training without it along with my other beloved nootropics. Best natural cutting supplement ever. NOthing has come close to that shit since I started using it near 1996 or so.

Oh yeah, stuff will shrink your pecker while you use it and daily 3x's dose makes it harder to fuck. Then again I was dieting, so that has a factor also.

I've been using the hydroxycut hardcore and it works better than anything I've used in the past.

use it with tyrosine, yohimbe to put that shit in overdrive. Trust me!!!

It's increases metabolism big time but the appetite suppression effects are like no other.

In before the turds talk about it increasing cortisol as it was "the thing to say" on forums by know nothing know it alls at one point. That is so stupid. The extra intensity you can give you gym wise outweighs those stupid claims by a long shot.

work your way up to 24mg, 2-3x's a day.

If you use ed, it will lose it's stim properties. eod or 5 days on 2 off is good or 3 weeks on 1 week off as well.

I once used for 3 months straight and it took my adrenals 4 weeks to come back, so perhaps try to avoid that route if possible.

The heart beat enhancer stack is ready when you are. I could not take the sides though of 3 doses at 24mg. Did that way back... Would do max 2 doses, maybe 16mg each time. or 24, then 16.

getting a bit old for full blown doses. I have no experience in this case, not sure... Would try the non stim stuff. INjectable l-carnitine maybe?

Ah, this is where the blends fail as they give you too much of stuff you don't want at times.

What you could do is add an 8mg ephedrine to the stuff to give it more power. 8mg is easily handled especially if taken after a meal. Work your way up and you will be flipping those tires with your pinky!
