Beef protein isolate is known to be tainted with nickel aluminum and chromium
It's all very low quality and one of the worse things to put in your body

All crapp, for both naturals and juiced.
3 meals with attention to protein plus one 40 grams protein post-workout shake, cheap casein is ok, and that is all you need.

If you wanna support the 2nd or 3rd house of the brand-owner, be my guest of course. It's your buck you wanna spill.
But 1,5 or 2 liters of lowfat milk a day will do exactly the same.....costs almost zero.

All supps are bull, except maybe creatine. All legal supps that is...

says Dr Dutch, the guy who knows.

Protein Powder is the only supplement I use, sure I could just eat some meat or eggs instead, but it is the convenience I am after. I add protein powder to my oatmeal in the morning and whenever I make a fruit smoothie.  It is a good way to turn what would be a high carb meal into a more balanced one.

I use protein powder basically as a way to eat something semi tasty without blowing diet. Trutein makes this protein pudding that is fucking unreal.

Skim milk with a little chocolate powder is just as good as whey protein.  Why buy a 50 to 60 dollar tub of powdered cheese called whey when you can buy cheap, fresh skim milk?  I heard whey was a by product of cheese manufacturing that they use to throw away most of the time until it exploded as a supplement.

Many reasons. Convenience for one and the fact that the protein I buy (which isn't cheap stuff) is still .85/24g of protein which equals out to be about $4.50 when compared to the protein content in a really cheap gallon of skim milk which is $3+. I drink both, but a non-perishable product to take with you has its place unless you don't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out (which is probably the case for some getbiggers). Can't also forget about the carb content from the lactose in the 3 glasses of milk you have to drink to equal a scoop of protein and not to mention the shitty feeling of that sitting in your gut

Lactose free fat free milk is what I drink. Available in just about any super market and dirt cheap in Costco.
