Strong guys but turned it off when Mike stripped into his little hot pants. A 50yo guy in hot pants and backward cap. I don't want it to be gay, but sadly it is.

Don't mind Efferding. Kinda like the old bull

Yes, what was wrong with Efferdings squats? It looked like his body was buckling each time. It looked odd. I cant pinpoint it. Is that an okay way to squat? Serious question.

I didn't make it that far. I stoped it when he took off his shirt. (10 seconds later) but still, incredible lifts, drugged or not. Could most pro's do that? NO way...

they should just have the guys pose in those. But never thought I'd see a pic of Kai and think he looks less gay than the previous pic shown. That is how gay that still pic shot was to me!

Like someone said earlier, many guys here will never be satisfied. :-\
Guys cry about Heath's weak ass half squats and machine "bench presses" but when
someone does heavy weights they are stupid for risking injury. Can't win either way. :D

As far as squatting style, it's affected by your structure, it's all genetics pretty much like everything else. You can't squat like Platz if you're not Platz. I think Platz holds squatting seminars sometimes, but the thing is, not one person comes out of his clinic squatting like him unless they already did so.

They both had almost identical mechanics in the bottom of the squat. As a guy that lacks the hip mobility to do below-parallel squats, I am always interested in how others accomplish it.
