Ramy is twice as big and muscular.
I don't understand how can you make a case for Heat being better than Ramy.
Is not like that you are comparing Nubret and Ramy , were you can say is apple and orange and you prefer aesthetic physique over mass monster.
They are the same and one clearly superior : Ramy should be Mr. Olympia !!!

What really throws Ramy's physique off for me is balance. He needs to either get bigger calves (not happening naturally at this point) or bring his quads down.

Ramy is not twice as big. Phil is about 250, Ramy is about 280-300. That is not twice as big.

I don't think he literally meant 2x as big...that would put him at 500lbs. In reality, he's 15-20% bigger, but looks even moreso. Regardless, Rami makes Phil look like a child. He's got way more size, better structure, and no gut. He just needs that last 5% conditioning and he's unbeatable sans the ifbb politics.

With Dennis James out of the picture; Ramy should be able to come in shredded.

Dennis was always obsessed with coming in big. He put size as his priority. Cuts were secondary.

In looks ( comparison) Phil is dwarfed next to Ramy.

Weight doesn't matter in bodybuilding.

If we talk about mass monster like Ramy, I cant avoid thinking about Rhul and Nasser.
Both had separations twice deeper than Rami. And twice looked harder
