If he would be Mr O. I would not complain at all, looks solid and had a good chest and shoulders.

Not perfect of course but who was. He's better than Phil, Kai and Jay and basically everyone since Ronnie.

I personally could care less if he's holding a tiny bit more water. His physique is built better/flows better in combination with his massive size then the rest.

Haney, Yates, and Coleman all caused the sport to progress in terms of super-human size and conditioning.  Since the end of Coleman's reign, neither Jay, Dexter, nor Heath have continued this progression. I feel like Rami, if he hasn't done so already, is on the verge of pushing the standards to a level yet unseen. And that is what a Mr.O is supposed to represent.

I disagree. He's more impressive because he has a small waist and really no weakness. Better back than Nasser,and better symmetry and proportions than Ruhl. He's not in RC's league yet, but is damn close. Phil has an awesome physique, especially arms, but to me he's not what a Mr. O is all about.

People talk about his lack of conditioning.That's he's smooth and watery. Compared to whom? Kai or Phil? Kai is a bloated mess compared to Ramy. When you compare Ramy and Phil side by side  Ramy more than holds his own in conditioning. Ramy just destroys Phil in size and aesthetics and the ineffable "WOW" factor.

The problem is, he is not better than Phil. Bigger than him, better no. Gunter was bigger than Ronnie...Ronnie lost to Gunter because he was off, Ronnie when on, Gunter had no chance.
When Ronnie won his first Mr. O he was 249ish, and Gunter was 290.

Big Ramy's delts look "odd", and his back detail is not as good as Phil's...
Bigger is not always better (and once again Gunter and Ronnie prove this).

Ramy's problem isn't conditioning per-sa it's " muscle maturity " His physique looks incomplete , and unpolished. He's got the size , shape & conditioning but he doesn't look complete , tie-ins , separation , development , etc

Shawn Ray was always praised for his ' muscle maturity ' even though he was young , it doesn't really have much to do with the age of the muscles just have an appearance of being so. I think it's genetic but Ramy looks raw like a diamond in the rough that just needs to be polished to perfection. Will he do it? Who knows but he doesn't need anymore size
