I've seen some good looking women on the net that in their off-season bikini mode look very fuckable. That is a very good question, but I think being transgendered is more focused on the mental aspect. Those people feel like they are the opposite sex and looking the part is usually the last step.

Many female bbers still appear to act very feminine, which is the opposite of what they turn into on the outside.
