Is your eating window the typical 12-8 p.m.?  You train early a.m, right?

that's practical, the simpler the better.
so you're not taking a page out of Sev's book and preparing dozens of tupperware meals in advance.

yeah I usually begin eating at 11 ... But I like if I can push my fast to 12 or 1 sometimes and finish at 7
And I'll train around 5am
