so time to have fun itīs Arm Day.
Jumping rope as always to warm up and i will do Abs:
Bend to opposite foot Dbsī2x20( warms my lower back up for sit ups)
lying leg pull-ins (knee ins ) 3x30+
Incline bench sit ups 3x20+ I will SUPERSET them both after the knee ins my Abs really work harder on the Incline bench sit ups and i use a small motion just going back far enough to keep tension on the Abs.
Note: i almost never use weight on Abs.
SUPERSETS:
Barbell close grip bench press 2x6-8 with
Barbell curls 2x6-8
seated Db curls 2x6-8 with
incline french press(ez bar) 2x8-10
Barbell concentration curls 2x10-12 (not an ex for heavy weight)
lying 4x4x4 DB curls 2x12 (also an ex where i have to concentrate and correct form is important)
forearms:
preacher reverse curls ez bar 2x15 SUPERSET
barbell wrist curls forearms on knees 2x15 ( OPENING THE FINGERS

)
I will finish off with pinch grips with a smooth plate.
