so i trained shoulders today...
Pre exhaust.....
Machine side raises 4x12 with
Seated machine press 4x10
Seated machine reverse fly 4x12 with
Standing barbell front raises 4x10
i finished off with Dumbbell shrugs 3x15
Ab crunches (feet on bench) superset with Reverse crunches on a flat bench 3x to failure....
