NICE I'M DOING DELTS 2 NITE,I DO SAME EXCERCISES AND ORDER  :P...I NEED TO RUN THE RACK ON SIDES AGAIN BEEN FEW WKS,I'VE BEEN DOING THE SIDE DELT MACHINE

My shoulder is sore so I did a lot more laterals and less pressing today.

seated leg press 3-4x10

seated leg curls  3-4x10-15 with
Romanian deads 3-4x10
calf raise machine 4-5x15-20

abs and 30 mins Interval cardio on the cross trainer

I have to admit Steve i have tried to Keep a log but i just canīt. I Keep it in my head. My workouts are simple and i like to just go with my mood on the day in question. I do not see this as bad as Long as you work the muscle(s) hard. I might just do a workout on Monday with just cables, Steve Reeves loved cable flyes. Of course some competative Bodybuilders here on getbig will i am sure Keep a Training diary.. maybe every small Detail could be the extra Points to win.

basement day did 2 sets of total upper body each movement...good pumpday like it,,tomm leg onslaught..
stayed 15 reps and squeeze,push ups as well

rear lateral db
up right cable
chest press 2 diff grips
curls 21's

60mg var/4iu Seros

Wide grip chins ss Barbell Rows 4 sets each
Single arm pulldowns ss DB rows 4 sets each
Incline rear DB raises ss cable rear delts 3 sets each
Shrugs on the Smith machine 2X30

Lindsey is the kind of lady I would marry if I were younger and single. She is not only good looking, but she is a great person too. Actually, all the therapists there are likeable people. I have made some really good friends. Thankfully, they work at the gym where I workout. Even when my therapy is complete, I will continue to interact with them out on the gym floor.

I got a physical yesterday with a surprise prostate exam by my new young lady doctor. She kept telling me I have beautiful arms. When she mentioned the rectal exam I asked if she was going to buy me dinner first. She actually giggled at that bad joke. I have a new Doctor.

Need to get my colon check up again...get that Thing stuck in my rectum... :-\ itīs the solution you have to drink before it 3 litres and you are glued all day to your toilet. The colon has to be clean for the check up. Today i will hit shoulders+arms
