shrugs lot of trap work today.
close inner grip x3 225/275/295
reverse x2 225/275 x15 reps i like these too..
2 sets db to sides 85/90
i like a classic side chest 'i think i hit well at times

...i have maintained some good thickness for someone about to turn 46'not enhanced'no hrt/trt.
