Today training at 11 AM (CET) in Bonn/Germany in a local Gym with Life-Fitness & Hammer-Strength equipment. Cardio + Chest + front + side delts.
warm-up, Cardio 15 Minutes life-fitness bike....level 1 up to level 18, starting at level 1 (very easy), and up the levels every 30-40 seconds....last 2 minutes back down to level 10.
Chest, first: 2 light sets for the rotator cuff, rotating outside....
incline bench press, starting with just the bar....., 60kg, 80kg,100 kg, 120 kg x 16 reps, 140 kg x 10
Hammer-Strength decline bench press, 2x44´s, 4x4´s, 6x44´s, 6/44 + 2/22 x 15 reps
Life-Fitness "fly-machine", seated, 89 kg, 131 kg, 143 kg (full stack + 2 x 2,5 kg extra plates) x 14 reps, 143 + 20 kg plate, total 163 kg x 9 reps
Front-lateral, dumbells, 10kg, 15 kg, 2 sets with 22,5 kg (each dumbell)
side-lateral-machine Life-Fitness, 2 warm-up sets, 95 kg (full stack) x 12 reps, 100 kg (95 + 2 x 2,5kg) x 9 reps
Arnold press, 2 medium heavy dumbells (30 kg) don´t count...up to faillure....
in 2 weeks i may will post some pics when i´m training in Thailand......
