12 supersets of front squats/lunges....i bet that hurt.

To be honest, not that much and I think that the long stretches at the end play a factor. The pain will prob be a bit worse tomorrow (48-hour peak)

I WOULD THINK SO,,,THATS TOUGH WORK,,MY LEGS GET PUMPED ON STUFF LIKE THAT AND FOR 24 HRS STILL SWOLE,,SORENESS SETS IN SOMETIMES SAME NIGHT AFTER MY LEG WORKOUTS ...I LOVE IT  ;D

delts home training..have enough stuff for delt day

db presses x4 5th set did one arm at time
triset
sides
rear
front raises x3

cable uprights x3
bertil raises x3
2 sets of another raise i used to do bent over i take dbell start db together by knees and make a 'V'away and out

bis
superset curls 'curl bar'with single handed hammer curls arm turned so db comes across instead up/down x3

seated concetration db curls with reverse grip curl x3

3 sets in db curls

The swoleness and soreness within 24h, yeah I experience the same, except for delts, biceps and somehow the upper lats. I think that the distribution of fiber types play a role in this.
Almost 48 hours later, but the soreness in my legs isn't that 'bad'.

yeah,,very true friend,,,my delts/pecs get like that too,intense pumps fullness,,i wish i walked arounf 24/7 like it tho  :D...

my legs get too pumped few days later seperation returns..

10 super sets of decline DB flyes & tucked-in DB presses (see pic below)
1 triple drop down set of machine assisted wide grip dips with 30 sec weighted stretched in between sets

leg day,,wanted intense/and fast paced/under 1 hr,,always looking for different stimulation/variation..

trisets x4
leg press 4 plates side/45 lb kettle balls stair lunges up/down/up/down,205 extensions

remaining sets 5 plates/same kettles/220 on extensions...i was smoked here and pumped/breathing/heart was cooking...

next up 'v'squat hammer strenght 3 plates a side with stiff legged dbell 60's
remaining sets 4 plates and 75 on db stiff legged
and final set same squat and 85's on stiff legged

finished 4 sets lying leg curls 140/145/150/150 sets 10/10/10/8

calves seated calf raise x5..
set 1.. 2 plates x20
set 2..3 plates x15
set 3..3.5 plates x15
set 4..3.5 same
set 5 3.5 x10,drop to 3 for 10.drop 2.5 x10

i do 8-10 full reps and do some reps top portion to flat and then bottom stretch to dame flat midpoint..

'Back' to basics,

17 super sets of machine assisted pull ups & incline barbell rows (resp emphasis on the stretch & contraction, 6 reps)

It was closing time, so I had no time left for a drop down set, but it was a good workout.

crunch SS leg raises on mat. Cardio crosser 30 mins. decided to do back today.
