we're all part of the bodybuilding brotherhood that is worldwide... everywhere you go and find a brother in need you reach out and help.. like you do in the gym spotting... you also spot your fellow brothers of iron outside of the gym and at msg boards...

oddly enough you don't see any pro that strictly follows Mike's version of HIT. I think that it would safe to say that volume training won out.

Mike was great, but his chest and back still needed more mass. One of my alltime most inspiring pros anyways. He stopped competing when he was just getting started at 27 y/o or something.

bluto in my opinion he was one of the greats. it is a shame his own personal demons led to his demise. he could still be a inspiration today. robert kennedy reported he used to hurry a workout to drink jack daniels and smoke cigaretts. his own business yes but he obviously had issues and made vey poor business decisions. he reall should have won the 80 olympia.
he had a body that is missed in todays sport. great poser also
