Using Upsher-Smith Oxandrolone right now.  20-30mg per day is plenty.  By far the best Var I've used, no UG var comes close, and I was using 80 mg of UG var.

All the decent UGL got oxandrolone in their var, and its not always underdosed.
Thing is the raw material they get is just an inferior quality compared to the pharma. Basicly like comparing a real Louis Vuitton wallet with a chinese knockoff.
It looks somewhat the same but when you look closely you see the gap in quality.
People get great results from just 20mg of pharma var where you need 50-100mg to get the same kind of results from UGL var.
It does the same thing, you just need more...

I've been told by some people that var reduces abdominal fat. But it's hard to say. Maybe they were dieting to begin with, so the fat was dropping off anyway?

I do know that when I use tren, my lower ab fat starts to disappear almost instantly with no change in diet (or even shittier diet)

Have tried normal dieting, end up halting at 1000 calories in the end(love handles lost = not check)
tried crash dieting, same thing happened(love handles lost = not check)

OH MY GOD DNP IS DANGEROUS!!! ITS RAT POISON, you have to be retarded if you think 250mg is going to kill me, i will run DNP for 3 weeks only while anavar goes up to 8 weeks.
This will help me get rid of that stubborn lower ab fat that i always carry.

I said i ended up halting at 1k calories a day through normal dieting(started at 2k when i was cutting, then decreased to 1.5k then 1k, i didn't want to go any lower so i stopped there)
then i bulked again and was working at a tough job(There i started to crash diet, which was magnificent imo, It was more like IF , I would eat a small portion by the end of the day with protein and carbs)
went from 18% to 10% in 1.5 month but then my love handles were still there(not much but still there) which was annoying as fuck.

I thought this forum was supposed to be helpful....
