Europe should invade Greece and take what is needed to get our money back. Crete would be nice.
Lazy olive-oil smelling bastards.

Their debt is more than 9 billion, good luck with that...

I am talking about Ireland, there is no objection to them being or working here but many people get annoyed at how abrupt and unfriendly many of them can be and they getting the same protection and benefits as everybody else - how difficult is it to be polite and friendly?

You're asking a Latvian who is not very polite or friendly on here, how difficult it is for his countrymen to be polite and friendly.

BBC
With almost all the ballots counted, results from the Greek referendum show voters decisively rejecting the terms of an international bailout.

Figures published by the interior ministry showed 61% of those whose ballots had been counted voting "No", against 39% voting "Yes".

Greece's governing Syriza party had campaigned for a "No", saying the bailout terms were humiliating.

Their opponents warned that this could see Greece ejected from the eurozone.

Germany should tell everyone our money will no longer be used to bail out the slacker countries. Having the Euro was a bad idea.

It's actually the smart thing to do to get out of the euro, but the way they have got out shows modern Greeks for what they are lazy and dumb. They should have their alternative currency ready to go to assist with the no vote. But they don't as they still want financial aid but without restraint, their lack of pride and will to improve their position shows they are a far cry from a once great nation, they have no pride and they rejoice in not paying back money they borrowed.
Going back to drachmas will force them to reinvent their economy and provide opportunity to become more self sufficient, but they would rather just ask others for help than actually act.
The USA would have been bankrupt if it couldn't print its own currency under bullshit stimulus and their economic recovery as been dependant on that and the fact the dollar is seen as a global currency and that has protected their lazy stimulus policy, the U.S. Can add nothing to this debate as they are just as economically retarded, they just have the ability to print the Greeks don't.
And stuff the Germans it took them two world wars defeats to realise you don't need war to conquer Europe just invent an EU and single currency and reap the benefits, be careful what you wish for and let's wait for who's next to default on their plan, just a basket case of greedy Germans and broke Greeks let the Muslims have the shite hole of Europe

Bye-bye Deutsche Bank.

Perhaps Greece can go to crypto-currency instead of a debt based system.

How did these motherfuckers not have a plan? I knew they'd reject the terms, and exit the Euro, but I assumed they had a plan to go back to their own currency and default on the loans. Now, they just defaulted and have their hands out.

Where the fuck is the Golden Dawn when you need them?

If the same scenario played out in the US, I imagine we'd see the same results.  61% (Democrats) & 39% (Republicans).   :'(
