it is called being depleted plus flat plus cold not pumped. Out of all here youshould know that you cannot reallylose mass while on gear. Muscles are like sponges .. glycogen, water etc

It does actually make sense the way Ro wrote if you want it to

You have made your bias abundantly clear. You don't like Sev. There is nothing he can do and no improvements you can make that would garner any approval from you. This invalidates your credibility and I don't think anybody on this thread takes your comments seriously though other Sev haters will jump on the band wagon. Sev has a sharp and often biting wit and has hurt many feelings on this board. Threads like these give the emotionally damage a chance to get in their licks.
