Yes, if you think it with the brains of the moron. From the light bulb to the supercomputers, space stations etc. in hundred years is quite fast. If we look at you, at the 1900 all you would have to do at night were wanking. Now you have computer, so easy to use that even ape can operate it, filled with unlimited stock of gay pornography to wank at ;D

Hulk was speaking specifically of ELECTRICAL technology (unless I misread) and he is correct. Most people do not know that Tesla discovered (I don't believe we INVENT technology) that  electrical power could be transferred with NO wires. There is absolutely no reason that we have power lines everywhere you look. When a hurricane hits or other natural disaster Tesla's system would have not missed a beat - or at least repairing it would have been MUCH faster.. One day humans will look back at our time with the same "how did they live so primitive" thoughts as we do at the ancient world. That is unless this H-collider doesn't create a black hole or alternate universe. Sounds insane but there are plenty of scientists that have a serious God complex. We all imagine that it would be war that destroyed the human race when in fact it could be our insatiable desire to prove we don't need a God... I for one will pray that He doesn't get fed up.

it might be a good thing.  Maybe it will explode and wipe out all of Europe and North Africa.

Maybe it will shot a beam straight down and blow a hole in Australia?

Have you ever thought of that?

And it comes with instructions and a 1 year limited warranty?

Only Falcon would know that.

Wireless electricity? Most people know that this legend comes from misunderstanding Teslas writings, but what part reality has ever have in the minds of getbiggers? If I put it short, none. Instead of that, you guys are believers of the fairytales, too dumb to comprehend even the simplest things what comes to reality. What comes about Tesla, you should read more than headlines, because the term "near field" is quite important to understand. This was technology what Tesla were able to demonstrate, and using 10 megavolts of electricity, he was able to light three incandescent lamps at a distance of about one hundred feet (30.8 meters). With wire, those three lamps need only 230V of electricity, so are we speaking ground braking invention, or one way to waste energy? Think about it? 1000 000V vs 230V? Are you able to understand the difference? All that wasted power would been used to create enormous magnetic field, which would stop every clock, cell phone or computer in the area of half a mile around it, so how this is suitable in the modern world?

What you should understand is this simple fact: There is difference in the mind of the redneck moron and scientist, because scientist knows what is possible or not, while moron is just guessing and dazzled with the "miracles" which he has find from the internet  ;D

This collider is quite the piece of work.  Just wicked engineering with a lot of money poured in.  I'd assume those that gave them money will eventually want some sort of return.  There's the scientists doing their part for mankind and the investors who will have them push the envelope to ensure they get some money in return.  It's a recipe for disaster.

I won't comment until I hear Wiggs' response on this subject.
