I have on several occasions. The first time was weird. After that, it was easy.

That would be really weird. I'd probably be disappointed, since my goal is to be lean. I am only a few pounds away from reaching the mark of weighing in at 175 lbs. No offense to Vince, but being in his body would be a huge step in the wrong direction.

Do you think the demonic voice was Allah? Did you hear this song in the background?

I don't believe in Allah

I got scared the first few times when I was looking over my body which cut the experience short.

Sixx could give a shit less about being on CNN.  His cut after the "final" tour will probably be at least 10mill.  Alot more than a spot on Ghost Adventures for sure.

Because money's the end-all, right? Only thing that matters. Nothing at all to do with ego and attention.

Probably didn't give a shit less about being on LA Ink every other episode, either, but there he was. Doubt they paid much ... so why?

(Wait, he was on Ghost Adventures? Jesus f'n Christ, this guy.)

Hello muscleman-2013, went back to your main account? Maybe this one needs to be banned also.

Why don't you run your own little scientific test? Get a friend or family member to write a 3 digit number on a piece of paper, and place it on something like the top of a cabinet. Don't look at it yourself, but wait until you next decide to float around and see if you can read the number and memorise it whilst you're allegedly out of your own body? Will be interesting.

Looks like I'm not the only one :)

Are you going to do the test?

Haven't they actually done this in ORs before, doctors trying to verify this stuff?

I admit I'm not an expert on out of body experiences. I can't just say, "Hey I'm going to have a OOBE today". Only 2 times when I really tried to have one it happen. The other times it happened on its own. Maybe you can ask someone like prime who seems to be more experienced at this. :)

When you do have them, though, can you choose where you go? If so, set up the experiment, and it happens when it happens.

Why not?

Yeah loads of times i think, with regards near death experiences. I can't remember off the top of my head if any were actually verified as something likely supernatural though, i'll have to go read up on it. It's been put down to the brain preparing to die by releasing DHT.

There's been a few studies on OBE too, but none to my knowledge that have verified it as anything other than the brain functioning in a strange manner.

DMT, right? Heard some WILD tales about this stuff, but yeah, they think the brain produces/releases it at death, and maybe during sleep (explaining dreams).

Yeah. And I sure don't want to be any older than I am, although I'm not far behind Vince.

hahaha yeah DMT not DHT...epic typo... The brain turns you into a slaphead before you die  ;D

I'm probably going to try DMT at some point now, just out of pure curiosity from all i've heard about it.

I might have, too, until I started seeing reports of hellish trips. I don't trust my subconscience enough with this sorta stuff.

Thats my biggest fear too, and probably the main reason why i might chicken out. I've never been into drugs but i remember doing weed quite a few times as a kid and once taking an absolute beast of a "rocket" at school. (bottle cut in half, plastic bag on the end that you fill with smoke)

I fucking tripped out so bad that it scarred me for two years after. I had to lay up in the woods for two hours whilst i took on the most solid nightmare trip where i literally was paralysed, but seeing demons and all sorts of weird shit dangling from the trees, whilst horror music played lol.

For years, I thought there was LSD in that weed, but found out recently that isn't possible...so if cannabis can do that to me, then DMT might end up ruining my life.

Might be possible. I think Joe Rogan said he had a bad trip that fucked him up for five years ... 'course he's still a huge advocate. Not for me, afraid.

Weed, same thing; just made me feel stuck in a weird time lapse or something, miserable. And I had the most horrifying, psychotic dreams on morphine last year, told the doctor I'd rather deal with the pain instead.

Bad brain, I guess.

Yes I could! I flew to anywhere I wanted to go. It first started off I was walking then I jumped in the air and I was flying. The disappointing thing is the experience don't last very long. The one thing I find odd about oobe is I'm very sore once I enter back into my physical body. I know you probably don't believe me but it was an amazing journey. When you have one you will understand what I'm talking about.
